JOB APPLICANTS SUBMITTING CV​

Information we collect directly from you:

If you submit your CV via our website, we will then collect certain personal data about you in order to process your job application or to confirm if there are any suitable employment / work opportunities for you within the Company. The personal data that we collect will include your name and personal email address. When submitting your CV, you may also choose to share other information with us such as skills and qualifications, employment history, hobbies and interests, or if you call us to make an enquiry or take part in our telephone screening process.

 

Should your CV and job application be progressed, you will be provided with additional Privacy Notices.

In the course of processing your job application or to confirm if there are any suitable employment / work opportunities for you within the Company, your personal data may be required by law or a contractual requirement (e.g. we may require this personal data to employ you). In this situation, you will be provided with additional Privacy Notices and we will use your personal data to verify your identity for security purposes to offer employment to you. You are obliged to provide the personal data when requested to do so - if you do not, our ability to consider you as a candidate will be limited.

DATA RETENTION

The Company will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed. Different laws require us to keep different data for different periods of time.

 

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation.

  

Where the Company has obtained your consent to process your personal data, we will do so in line with our Data Retention Policy. Upon expiry of that period, the Company will seek further consent from you. Where consent is not granted, the Company will cease to process your personal data.

We will process personal data about you which is necessary to fulfil any contractual obligation we have with you and.  The personal data that we collect is usually limited to: names of contacts at your organisation, telephone numbers, email addresses.  We may also hold information that someone in your organisation has provided us with.  We will process your personal data for the purposes of providing you with the goods and services requested by you and for providing you with timely and relevant marketing and sales communications.
